Brainz LLC · Delaware · Est. 2025

A holding company for things we build
and the methodology we install in others.

Two engines. Companion installs The Brainz Method on B2B revenue teams — the same loop we’ve used to turn around five companies. Portfolio is what those operators are now building under one roof.

How Brainz runs

Two engines. One operating system.

We are not an agency. We are operators who built the playbook by running it — and we use the same playbook on every engagement and every product under the roof.

Engine 01

Companion

A 12-week installation of The Brainz Method on your revenue team. Seven moves, a senior pod, fixed-price. Companion leaves behind automation — dashboards on your Targets, agents wired to your signals — not slides.

Foundations $20K · Full Install $35K · No subcontracting

Engine 02

Portfolio

Operate what the team builds. When an idea hits, the operator who built it becomes its CEO. Already running: Amplifica (Daniela), LexPro (Jair), Lumina (Laura), BrainzLab (Andres). Surplus from Companion and services funds the next.

Basecamp-style incubator · No VC · Aligned incentives

The operating principle

Brainz does not extract margin from its team.

Most consulting holdings exist to mark up senior people. We exist to cover them at market rate and route everything above that floor into the next product. When an idea hits, its operator runs it.

  1. 01

    Cover the floor

Senior operators draw market rate. We do not arbitrage their hours. The floor is the contract, not the ceiling.

  2. 02

    Surplus is earnings

Whatever revenue clears the floor becomes earnings — debt service, family, products, the next hire. Not partner distributions.

  3. 03

    Operators become CEOs

When a product built on the side hits, the operator who built it is already in place. They run it. They keep the upside.

Receipts · from operator engagements

The Method is not theoretical.

Outcomes from companies where our founder held leadership and turnaround roles — the same loop we now install through Companion.

Outcome Company
1M+ monthly rides at 99.9% uptime Picap
Scaled across 5 countries Picap
3× average deal size Fluyenta
Sales cycle −40% Fluyenta
14-person revenue rollout Fluyenta
2× quota attainment RunMyProcess
Ramp time halved RunMyProcess
Manager certification across EMEA + LATAM RunMyProcess

Outcomes are aggregated from operator engagements (Head of Engineering, CTO, turnaround). They reflect what The Method produced — not retained Brainz clients.

Thirteen years of walking into broken companies and restructuring them in days.

Andres Murcia — Rails engineer since 2012, ex-CTO at Symplifica, ex-Head of Engineering at Picap LATAM (mobility, 5 countries, 1M+ monthly rides), and the operator behind the Fluyenta and RunMyProcess turnarounds. Brainz is what happens when the operator manual gets written down.
