A 17-service Rails monorepo. Nexus is the AI seller. Sidekiq is the orchestrator. Dendrite is the knowledge backbone.

Five layers: AI/Enterprise (Synapse, Nexus) → Hub (Platform) → Observability (Signal, Beacon, Vision, Sentinel, Cortex, Dendrite, Nerve) → Core Data (Recall, Reflex, Pulse, Flux) → Foundation (Vault). All deployed on Mac Studio servers + DigitalOcean, behind Cloudflare. PostgreSQL HA with standby.

Direct-to-consumer fragrance house built in Bogotá. Also: the internal test case for the Brainz product stack.

Real sales activity, not pre-launch. ~5× margin on invested capital ($2M COP in, $10M COP out). Q2 strategy: Amplifica drives content, Nexus runs corporate-gift outbound, Sondea enriches the company list. If our own tools can't grow Lumina, they can't grow anything.

Beta

Two surfaces, one product. Sondea (product): RUES-as-a-service for B2B — 'throw an idea, we tell you how big the market is in Colombia.' Sondea (substrate): the lead ingestion + enrichment + segmentation + MCP server that powers Nexus and Pique.

Merged with the data substrate formerly known as FlowForge on 2026-05-16 — single brand for both user-facing product and infrastructure. Operator: Harold. sondea.co domain pending registration.
