FAQ
No. An agency exists to mark up senior people. Brainz exists to cover them. The team draws market rate from the floor; everything above the floor routes into the next product or the next hire. The model is closer to a Basecamp-style incubator than a consulting firm.
No. The advisory practice and a few active services contracts fund the portfolio. The portfolio gives the operators on the team a path to running things they built, with upside they keep.
Brainz LLC holds the IP. The operator who built and runs each product gets equity and CEO authority when the product clears its first revenue threshold. Already operating this way: Daniela → Amplifica, Jair → LexPro, Laura → Lumina, Andres → BrainzLab.
A 12-week installation of The Brainz Method. By week twelve we’ve shipped: a buyer-validated Future state, measurable Targets, custom Plays for each priority sector, a Discovery question bank, certified reps (workshops + role-play), top-opportunity coaching, and a manager playback — plus the automation layer: dashboards bound to your Targets and Nexus campaigns wired to your signals.
Seven moves — Listen, Quantify, Vision, Targets, Map, Build, Automate + Prove — that put the buyer at the center of every conversation and leave automation behind, not slides. The full breakdown lives on the Advisory page.
Three weeks of Listen + Quantify + Vision. Three weeks of Targets + Map. Four weeks of Build. Two weeks of Automate + Prove. Shorter and The Method doesn’t stick. Longer and the team becomes dependent on us.
Two senior Brainz operators. Practice Lead (0.5 FTE), Senior Revenue Strategist (1.0 FTE), Enablement Designer (0.4 FTE), Engagement Manager (0.2 FTE). The pod that meets you in week one is the pod that’s still there in week twelve. No subcontracting, no marketplaces, no junior pass-through.
No. Workshops without the Discover phase produce slide decks the team bookmarks and ignores. The Method has to land on real deals during the engagement, or it won’t survive after.
No. The Method is published here. Hire us, hire someone else, hire both. We sell the speed and the embed, not the secrecy.
Foundations $20K (50%/50%) for one priority sector, one Play, up to 12 reps. Full Install $35K (40%/30%/30%) for all four priority sectors cross-mapped, four Plays, up to 30 reps, manager certification, the 90-day follow-up, and the full Automation-as-Deliverable layer. Both fixed-price. No expansion clauses.
Net floor to Brainz. If a partner sources the deal and presents at a higher number, that spread is the partner’s comp — Brainz does not manage their margin. You’ll know if there’s a partner in the loop.
Retainers create misaligned incentives — we’d be paid to stay rather than to leave behind something self-sustaining. If a second engagement is the right call, that’s a new SOW with new scope.
Yes. Each product is sold and supported independently. Amplifica, LexPro, Lumina, and BrainzLab are live. Sondea is in beta. Pique is the offer factory and runs as an outbound mechanism, not a product you buy.
BrainzLab is the platform spine (Nexus is the AI seller, Sidekiq is the orchestrator, Dendrite is the knowledge backbone). Sondea is the data substrate that powers Nexus and Pique. Amplifica, LexPro, and Lumina are independent products that may use the substrate but stand alone.
Email [email protected] with one line: sector, team size, what’s stuck. We come back with a fit assessment inside two business days. If Companion is right, we send the SOW. If a portfolio product fits better, we say so.
Brainz LLC is registered in Delaware, US. The team is in Bogotá, Colombia. Engagements run remote-first with on-site weeks scheduled into Discover and Build where it helps.
Mobility (Picap), B2B SaaS (Fluyenta, RunMyProcess, Symplifica), industrial services (ROEPA), legal tech (LexPro), fragrance / DTC (Lumina). The Method travels — the verticalization map on the Advisory page shows where it plugs in.
